Steps and Procedure for College Rental Facilities
Schedule of Availability of Service (for reservation):
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
What are the requirements:
1. Identification Card
2. Request Letter approved by the President (Internal Client)
After checking the availability, Go to Register Now, fill up the registration form and submit
After checking the availability and register your information, proceed to Auxiliary Services Office for the reservation form.
Upon confirmation of the reservation. Pay's the assessed rental fee's at the Casher
